Introducing HECAVEX
Why HECAVEX exists and how this independent threat intelligence publication will approach evidence, uncertainty and digital investigations.
HECAVEX is an independent publication for cyber threat intelligence and digital investigations. It begins with a simple premise: indicators matter, but the relationships around them usually matter more.
What this publication will examine
The work will follow infrastructure, behaviour and the human systems behind phishing, fraud, malware, influence operations and other digital threats. Some publications will be long investigations; others will be short intelligence notes that preserve a useful observation without inflating it into a campaign.
Evidence and uncertainty
An investigation can be technically detailed and still have limits. HECAVEX will document those limits, distinguish attribution from infrastructure overlap, and update material conclusions when new evidence changes them.
Two languages, one body of research
English and Lithuanian publications share one taxonomy but remain editorially complete in their own language. A translation will link directly to its counterpart. Where no translation exists, the original remains visible without pretending that machine output is an editorial translation.
